Funny thing. A few months ago I created a police informer who is always wearing headphones and appears to be lost in her own world. In short, along the lines of “She nodded along with the non-existent music, headphones hiding her attention on their conversation.” Apparently, there really isn’t anything new under the Sun.

  Maybe not at the core of it, but I guarantee the way you handled her story was different than how I or anyone else would have. In truth, when I made the prompt, I was envisioning something entirely different. Individual actions aren’t necessarily original, but their causes and effects vary greatly.
