I think I’m just going to have to accept that sometimes prompts will be on Fridays instead of Thursdays. Silly Life keeps getting in the way. 😛

Since I won’t be in town next week, I’m leaving y’all with two prompts. Pick whichever you want to do first, but try them both out if you’re able!

You’re walking along a beach and as though in a movie, your toes find a bottle wedged into the sand with a piece of paper visible inside. When you remove the cork and roll the paper out, imagine what it says and write about where it leads you.

There’s a knock at your door. A few dozen possible solicitors come to mind whom you would normally ignore, but this knock seems different—urgent. Who’s on the other side and what do they want? Write about your encounter.
